Where we deliver

We deliver in and around Hyderabad ourselves, and ship elsewhere in India by courier. Enter your PIN code at checkout to see your exact delivery charge.

How fast

Within 48 hours. Orders confirmed before our kitchen closes are baked the same day and reach you the next.

Delivery charges

Local orders carry a flat ₹49 delivery fee. Outside our local area, the charge is calculated from your PIN code, the box size and its weight. Orders of 3–5 jars pay a flat ₹99 (or less, if the actual charge is lower), and 6 jars or more ship free.

Paying for your order

Checkout is guest-only — no account needed. Pay by UPI using the QR code shown after checkout, or the UPI ID with PhonePe or Google Pay. Share your transaction reference or a screenshot and we'll verify it before baking.

Freshness

Our cookies carry no preservatives. Store them in an airtight container and enjoy within 7 days of delivery for the best texture.

Cancellations

Because everything is baked to order, we can only cancel before your order moves into Preparing. Reach out on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
