Where we deliver: We deliver in and around Hyderabad ourselves, and ship elsewhere in India by courier. Enter your PIN code at checkout to see your exact delivery charge.
How fast: Within 48 hours. Orders confirmed before our kitchen closes are baked the same day and reach you the next.
Delivery charges: Local orders carry a flat ₹49 delivery fee. Outside our local area, the charge is calculated from your PIN code, the box size and its weight. Orders of 3–5 jars pay a flat ₹99 (or less, if the actual charge is lower), and orders over ₹499 ship free.
Paying for your order: Pay securely online through our payment gateway — UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. Your order is confirmed automatically the moment the payment succeeds, so there's no QR code to scan and no screenshot to send.
Freshness: Our cookies carry no preservatives. Store them in an airtight container and enjoy within 7 days of delivery for the best texture.
Cancellations: Because everything is baked to order, we can only cancel before your order moves into Preparing. Reach out on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
