Terms of Service
- Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only after we verify your UPI payment. If we can't fulfil it, we'll refund you in full.
- Delivery area
- We deliver only within Hyderabad. Orders placed for addresses outside the city will be cancelled and refunded.
- Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Cancellations and refunds
- Because everything is baked to order, cancellations are possible only before your order enters Preparing. Verified refunds are returned to the original UPI account within 5–7 working days.
- Allergens
- Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, nuts and soy. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please check each product's allergen note before ordering.
- Quality issues
- If something arrives damaged or below standard, send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
